Reggie Perrin Lives Again
30/06/2008 15:14:15
DESCRIPTION:
More than 50 Reggie Perrins descended on Whitstable beach as part of the town’s Biennale Art Festival 2008. The idea of artist Lee Campbell was for volunteers to strip off and head into the sea shouting "I didn't get where I am today....." to help recreate the iconic 70s TV sitcom’s opening scene. Hundreds gathered on the beach to witness the performance, including with Yourkenttv's Julie Maddocks.
