Medway property market: Medway is made up of a number of towns including Strood, Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham and Rainham. The area offers a huge variety of different house styles and price ranges and its close proximity to London makes it appealing to commuters. [WATCH]
Canterbury property market: One of the most vibrant cities in the South East, Canterbury attracts people from all over the UK. The city has undergone significant development in recent years and offers buyers a good selection of old and new homes across a broad price range. Many people believe Canterbury is one of the most expensive areas in Kent but this is not the case. First time buyers can expect to purchase a one-bedroom apartment from around £110,000. [WATCH]

Prices are still competitive compared to other areas of Kent and with such a great variety of homes, there's something to suit everyone from first time buyers to large families.The area is benefiting from regeneration and inward investment and the arrival of the high speed rail link in 2009 will dramatically cut journey times to London.
